150 tons Heavy-Lift road-transport
from Austria to Czech Republik - December2021
For our customer we organized the transport of an overheater from Ruden, Carinthia, Austria to the power-plant in Czech Republic. Long and intensive interventions were necessary in order to get the permits for total 150 tons. Several tunnels had to be passed and the highways had to be be closed for our transport. Nevertheless we delivered the overheater in time.
Plant disassembling, packing, documentation and shipping

Our customer ordered the whole package: the entire plant - about 2.500 FRT were disassembled by PLS, packed according HPE in cases, crates and all parts had been marked according to drawings and pick-lists. Also the whole transport-documentation has been prepared by PLS. Finally the stuffing of containers at the plant and special-transports to the port for the oversize-cargo-stuffing onto flat-racks incl. seafreight and on carriage to the final destination in Houston TX, USA organized by PLS - all in one hand.

from Shanghai / China to Vienna/Austria
At the very beginning of the COVID-pandemic PLS arranged as one of the first forwarders in Austria the pre-carriage of protection-clothing and masks from Ningbo to Shanghai including further charter-flight from Shanghai directly to the airport Vienna / Austria.
Final destination of the protection-clothing and masks were hospitals in Lower-Austria.
Plant equipment for Abu Dhabi
from Slovenia and Austria via port of Koper
For this project, in total 1.700 FRT, were moved ex several manufactures in Slovenia and Austria incl. overs-size and heavy-lift-items and container-stuffing, L/S/D at our Terminal and by sea freight via port of Koper till DDU Abu Dhabi / UAE.

For our valuable customer we organized the transport of a recycling-machine from Austria till CFR Valparaiso / Chile.
Based on ACL Ro/Ro-Service we chose the best option for the oversea-transport. Also stuffing incl. L/S/D and covering with tarp was scope of PLS-Service!

PLS also arranged the stuffing, terminal-transfer, LSD, crane-discharge in the US-port of entry and the on-carriage till DAP Statesville USA.

For our valuable customer we organized the transport of a recycling-machine from Austria till CFR Busan.
Based on flat-rack service we organized also the stuffing, L/S/D and pre-carriage of equipment on 40' OT-Container from Austria to Busan.

a huge challenge for PLS as time matters....
For our customer in Austria PLS organized within 12 weeks in total 437 truck-loads from several European suppliers to the final destination in Steti / Czech Republic. Not only oversize-cargo but also the high amount of truck-loads of equipment within this short notice of time were the challenge. PLS has solved without a single delay of delivery. Just-in-time deliveries and it's coordination with the final destination and assambling-team turned that project into a story of success.
